Paul Masson Grande Amber VS Brandy is aged in oak a minimum of three years, one year longer than required, for extra smoothness. A special blend of grapes is also used to develop its smoothness and the three year aging in American oak casks gives it a full body. The resulting brandy taste is a combination of pralines, caramel, maple and vanilla.
