Nose Complex yet restrained with depth and a subtle charm. Poached pear, peach, creamy toffee/sweet vanilla and hint of light rye notes, lemon nut and hickory. Palate Sits on the tongue nicely with an almost dense chewiness. Starts softly then a gentle, subtle lift of lemon icing, sultana cake, rye and soft sweet honey. Finish Soft and long.
