1800 Reposado takes its name from the historic first year of tequila being aged in wood. Made from 100% agave, 1800 tequila is "rested" in French oak barrels for 2 to 11 months, adding a rich flavor. Stated on the bottle, it was awarded first place in 2005 at the Mexican Academy of Tequila.
